Consip's MePA is a digital tool through which public administrations can purchase goods and services from authorized suppliers for amounts below the EU threshold.

The purchasing/sales tools through which authorized bodies supply their goods and services to the public administration and the administrations make purchases are Conventions, Framework Agreements, the Electronic Market, and the Dynamic Procurement System.
