Consip’s MePA is a digital platform through which public administrations can purchase goods and services from approved suppliers, for amounts below the EU threshold.
The purchasing and sales tools through which authorised entities supply their goods and services to the Public Administration and public bodies make purchases are framework agreements, framework contracts, the Electronic Marketplace and the Dynamic Purchasing System.
