Mission

The Foundation intends to promote, activate, foster, and support civic, solidarity, and socially beneficial goals by designing individual and collective training programs and dedicated, targeted interventions. These programs are designed to support individuals throughout their postgraduate education, professional development, and specialist training. They focus on retraining those who have been placed outside the labor market. This will meet the growing demand for professionalized educational programs, reflecting ongoing research and practice in these areas.

The Foundation also intends, in collaboration with LUMSA University, as its founder, to consider the relevant socio-economic context, carrying out activities to enhance and transfer knowledge.

Training

Designing advanced training, continuing education, and funded training programs; extracurricular training programs aimed at preventing school dropouts, combating educational poverty, and promoting academic and training success; professional and specialist development programs, not only theoretical but also applied and practical.

Research and development

Professors, researchers, and professionals specializing in research and development work alongside businesses and public and private organizations to provide consultancy, develop joint projects, and participate in calls for proposals on topics of common and social interest. These projects also aim to strengthen corporate training as a process that responds to vocational perspectives by promoting the value of the individual.

Events and Culture

Organization and management of cultural events, such as conferences, seminars, and study days on topics of social interest. These events provide opportunities for individuals, organizations, and institutions to meet, connect, and exchange ideas, promoting awareness, social inclusion, and supporting particularly disadvantaged groups.

Projects and Services

Organization of services aimed at integrating or reintegrating individuals into the workforce, as established by current legislation governing social enterprises; organization of consultancy services for individuals, families, and organizations, for the purpose of protecting their health and well-being from a bio-psycho-social perspective.
