The LUMSA Human Academy ETS Foundation publishes a list of professionals and expert professionals trained in support administration. The aim is to establish best practices for beneficiaries and individuals appointed to the role of support administrator (Law No. 6 of January 9, 2004). It also assists the offices of guardianship judges at courts throughout Italy in selecting suitable individuals to fill the role of support administrator. The list is also useful to families and anyone wishing to appoint or indicate the need for a support administrator. The administrator may also be designated by the interested party themselves, in anticipation of their potential future incapacity, through a public deed or authenticated private agreement.
