Services
The Information Desk is for:
- Anyone wishing to receive information about the procedure for the possible appointment of a support administrator, how to file an application, how to obtain the forms to complete when submitting an application, etc.;
- Appointed guardians, to receive legal and practical support in carrying out their duties;
- Social service professionals (employed by municipalities or organizations delegated by them), as well as local health and social care service professionals, who in their work encounter situations requiring them to make decisions about a person's care, sometimes at short notice, and which require the skills to express consent and agree on a care and financial plan;
- Social, social and health care, and healthcare professionals, support administrators and aspiring support administrators who wish to train and join the Register of Experts in Support Administration maintained by Fondazione Lumsa Human Academy.
Consultations are provided free of charge by volunteer experts. Specialized support is also available for filing the appeal electronically and preparing the financial report.
The desk is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, by appointment.
