Services
The Help Desk is aimed at:
- Anyone wishing to receive information regarding the procedure for the possible appointment of a Support Administrator, how to submit an appeal, the forms to be filled out to submit the request, etc.;
- Support Administrators appointed to receive legal and operational support in carrying out their duties;
- Social service workers (owned by municipalities or entities delegated by them) and local health and social care workers who, in carrying out their work, find themselves dealing with situations in which decisions regarding personal care must be made, sometimes quickly. These decisions require the skills needed to express consensus and share a care and financial plan;
- Social, socio-health, and healthcare workers, AdS and aspiring AdS who intend to train and join the List of AdS experts maintained by the Lumsa Human Academy Foundation.
Consultations are provided free of charge by volunteer experts. Expert support is also available for filing the electronic appeal and preparing the financial report.
The office is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, by appointment only.
