The course aims to prepare candidates for the tests required by the Call for Applications. Training will cover all subjects and will be delivered using innovative methods: for each subject area, alongside refresher and in-depth lessons on the most current topics, key bibliographical information will be provided, and attendees will be assigned quizzes, questions, practical tests, and basketball simulations, with an applied and multidisciplinary focus, according to the methodology required by the Call for Applications. Assessments and corrections will follow in class, in a collegial manner, also to help students correctly write their assignments in a concise, timely, and reasoned manner, demonstrating the managerial knowledge and skills acquired.
The teaching staff is composed of university professors, judges, senior public officials, professionals, and experts from various disciplines. Members of the Scientific Committee will speak at the opening and closing meetings.

Those who meet the requirements set out in the SNA Competition Announcement and wish to delve deeper into the subjects covered are eligible to participate in the course.

Certificate of participation in the SNA Competition Preparation Course for the admission of one hundred and forty-four students to the selective management training course-competition for the recruitment of one hundred and twenty managers in state administrations, including autonomous ones, and in non-economic public entities.
